A highly adaptable and professional Instructor with over 18 years’ experience in the United Kingdom’s Special Forces, operating globally in some of the world’s most demanding environments. My career includes serving as an Instructor at various training establishments in the UK, including the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, shaping the next generation of Military leaders from across the world. More recently, I have been coaching and mentoring in the United Arab Emirates. I have developed international future leaders and advised senior commanders in hostile environments on strategies for strengthening and future‑proofing their higher command structures. Whether mentoring individuals or leading training in theatre, I bring a balance of robustness, clarity, and empathy that consistently elevates performance and builds confident, capable leaders. I am now returning to my main passion: teaching and developing motivated individuals across various fields of work to enhance their personal and professional abilities.

Having served multiple operational tours and held roles as a small arms instructor and mission training mobilizer for various theatres, Lex brings unparalleled expertise to his role. His teaching philosophy centres on safety, precision, and weapon mastery, guiding students from beginners to advanced shooters.
