Balance Reminder & Late Payment
Where an outstanding balance remains, we will send an automated reminder 14 days before the Course start date. Students have 24 hours from receipt of that reminder to pay the balance in full. Failure to pay within 24 hours of the reminder may result in the forfeiture of the student's place on the Course and the loss of any deposit paid. No refund will be issued in these circumstances.
Outside of the balance reminder window, failure to pay by the agreed due date results in cancellation of the booking and forfeiture of any deposit paid. A short discretionary grace period may be granted at our sole discretion β this is not a right and should not be relied upon.
